Blog 9: “Do you have a Balanced life?”

Creating a balanced life means having great health, love, spirituality, family, understanding, and direction in your life. It means sensing when things are slipping out of balance and into Chaos. It doesn’t mean leading a perfect life, by any means, but balance means that no one area of your life ever gets too out of control.
We will always experience unavoidable times where emergencies happen, like a sick child, or a flat tire. The more balance we have in other areas of our lives, the more energy and creativity we’ll have when we trying to handle these occasional, unavoidable flare ups and emergencies.
Negative thoughts create imbalance in our lives, so let’s change a thoughts to positive thoughts which will helps you to come up with solutions when you are faced with challenges.
